ground beef...
I AM SO GRATEFUL for Lori (my mother-in-law) who is teaching me so many new skills. I LOVE canning, it is kind of addicting. They whole time we were canning I was thinking of all the other things I want to can: chicken, roast, stew, vegetables, more fruit, beans MAN THE LIST is endless…have you thought about canning?!?!? DO IT!

K this is probably a stupid question, do you have to freeze the ground beef after you can it? Or do you just leave it on some shelf? I'm really weird about my meat.
