something i want to learn is crocheting…. called me old fashion but i think it is becoming a lost art. i was going through my hope chest the other day and found some neat things that my great grandma crocheted. booties, sweaters, scarves etc. i know it takes a lot of time, but i think it will be something that i really enjoy, my mind is already racing of all the things that i could give as gifts…
i vaguely remember how to crochet, i learned it years ago! so i am going to need a refresher…and i want to learn how to make these…

i am so right there with you! i'm learning how to just do a basic decorative edge on a blanket but it's taking me forever! any grandma could WOOP me in speed, talent, and time on those things! good luck!
The lady that makes so shoes also makes the pattern for the booties I make. The "loafers" with the buttons on the sides.
I don't think crocheting is a lost art! It's super fun and you can make so many super cute things! I think it's really popular right now! After you learn how (which i bet you will just remember once you start) then we can get together and have a crochet day! fun!
please get on that because i want those shoes as a baby shower gift if we ever pop out a kid. thanks. youre the best. ;)
